Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

$43.00-$48.00 per hour

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist Monday ~ Friday 30-40 hours per week to join our growing team. Since 1986, we've been committed to providing exceptional patient care while supporting our therapists with the resources, flexibility, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Our therapists provide care across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Memory Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient, and Home Care settings throughout the greater Chicagoland area.

Qualifications

Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

Experience with Net Health documentation is a plus, but training is provided
