Looking for variety, flexibility, and the stability of a full-time position? Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist Floater to support our Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities.
This position is a great fit for an OT who enjoys meeting new teams, working in different communities, and experiencing a variety of patient populations rather than being assigned to just one building.
What We Offer
$45.00-$50.00 per hour
Full-time - 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday schedule
NO weekends
Flexible scheduling
Paid travel time between facilities - you're on the clock!
Mileage reimbursement
$200 monthly gas allowance
Opportunity to work with multiple teams and build relationships across our Alden communities
About the Position
As an Occupational Therapist Floater, you'll travel between our Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities based on the needs of our communities.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Work alongside different interdisciplinary teams
Build relationships with staff, patients, and fellow therapists
Experience different skilled nursing communities
Enjoy variety throughout your workweek
Continue growing professionally through exposure to different settings and patient needs
