Boothby Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Royalton, Vermont. This is a full-time positionpublic school / special education setting.
Job Details - Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Location: Royalton, VT
  • Position Type: School Year
  • Hours: Full-Time
  • Pay: $38-$50 per hour (based on experience)
  • Setting: School-based / Public school (K-12)
Key Responsibilities - Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students
  • Conduct OT evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals
  • Deliver direct therapy (individual and small group sessions)
  • Support students with:
    • Fine motor skills and handwriting
    • Sensory processing and sensory integration
    • Executive functioning and organization
    • Activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, PTs, and SLPs
  • Recommend accommodations, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
  • Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
