Qualifications

• Experience in vocational rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Must be registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
• Minimum of 2 years experience preferred, with exceptions for exceptional candidates.
• Familiarity with Active Rehab/Exercise Therapy is a plus.
• In-clinic training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate recovery and improve function for clients with occupational injuries.
• Conduct evidence-based assessments and rehab services for work-related injuries.
• Implement graded work simulation programs tailored to client needs.
• Provide both group and individual education for clients.
• Coordinate with employers, clients, and referral sources for return-to-work planning.
• Perform job site visits and provide job coaching services to clients.
• Set goals and monitor client progress throughout rehabilitation.
