Qualifications

• Active Texas COTA license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently under OT supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in documentation
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel daily within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Deliver COTA visits in clients' homes as per the OT's care plan
• Execute functional treatment plans, including ADLs and safety assessments
• Track and report objective functional progress to the supervising OT
• Collaborate with nursing and care team to escalate any concerns
• Document patient interactions promptly and thoroughly
