Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent required.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapy in Ontario.
• Current membership in CAOT and/or OSOT preferred.
• Knowledge of COTO standards and ethical practices essential.
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical practice and care pathways required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to handle caseload volumes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess clients' needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct client care and therapy sessions.
• Educate clients and families about treatment options.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals for integrated care.
• Supervise and provide clinical guidance to support staff and students.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
