Full Job Description
Position Overview:
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) in Ephrata, Washington
  • Hospital IP/OP based and skilled nursing facility caseload mix
  • Pay range $44 - $50 per hour, depending on experience
  • Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus: You'll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years • use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or personal development.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients
  • Complete documentation
  • Plan, market and develop new programs
  • Communicate with patients, patients• families and physicians and staff
  • Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
  • Assist in the general operation of the department
  • Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary

Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
  • Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
  • Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
