What We're Looking For:

Are you a compassionate Occupational Therapist dedicated to empowering students and schools? Here's what you'll need to join our team:
  • Education: Master's degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensure: Active Occupational Therapist license issued by the Texas Advisory Board of Occupational Therapy (TABOT).

Your Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a critical role in helping students improve functional skills and achieve greater independence in their educational environments. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Evaluate Needs: Perform Occupational Therapy assessments to determine students' needs and eligibility for specialized services.
  • Communicate Findings: Communicate evaluation findings to parents, educators, and other stakeholders, offering clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Develop Interventions: Collaborate with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to create evidence-based interventions that promote student participation, access to education, and skill development.
  • Provide Therapy: Deliver direct therapy services or oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in implementing IEP goals.
  • Monitor Progress: Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
