Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Two years' experience in applying safety processes in industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Safety and Health regulations and safety management principles.
• Proficient in incident investigation and causal analysis methodology.
• Strong communication skills for all employee and management levels, especially in emergencies.
• Ability to work independently and identify when to escalate issues.
• Proficient in Excel and data management tools for metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
• Update and maintain safety incident data in OSHENS and CR Desktop.
• Conduct internal audits for ISO 45001 compliance.
• Prepare for third-party audits related to safety.
• Analyze safety data to report on key performance indicators and trends.
• Assess subcontractor safety programs for compliance.
• Review and update Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Documents (HIRADCs).
