About the Practice:The practice currently has 6 OB/GYN physicians, 3 certified nurse midwives, and great support staff. The practice has a solid patient base that has been built up over 30 years of providing excellent care to patients in the New Jersey shore area. There are 3 practice locations and the hospital utilized for deliveries and surgical procedures is Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. This is an excellent hospital system with a solid reputation that includes women's health subspecialists, a level 3 NICU, and the da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN surgeries. A great opportunity for a graduating resident or an experienced physician to join a practice that is growing, in a great location, and will provide a great career working in many facets of women's health.

- Monmouth Medical Center is one of the largest community academic centers, and an affiliate of RWJBH, with a level 3 NICU, robotics for GYN surgical procedures, and women's health subspecialists
- Established practice that has built up a solid patient base over 30 years
- Office patient census: ~25-30/day
- Strong balance of both OB and GYN - will perform about 10-15 deliveries per month with about a half day per week of GYN surgery
- Teaching is available through the hospital residency program

- 1 in 5 call schedule with 1 in 5 weekend call coverage

- 4 weeks of vacation to start, 5 weeks in year 2, and 6 weeks in year 3
- Relocation and sign on bonus of $30k, plus $30k retention bonus after 1 year
