Lifestyle & Schedule- 3.5 clinic days per week
- Dedicated OR time available
- Post-call day flexibility
- Shared 1:6+ call rotation (3 new associates joining in 2026/2027!)
- Call taken from home unless clinical needs require hospital presence
- Dedicated nursing team manages patient calls
Exceptional Clinical Support- Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs)
- Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs)
- Physician Assistant support
- Dedicated clinical staff assigned to each physician
