Overview

Women Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN to join our growing, physician-led practice in Nashville, Tennessee. This opportunity is ideal for a practicing physician or 2027 / 2028 resident seeking a collaborative environment, strong mentorship, excellent clinical support, and a clear path to partnership.

Lifestyle & Schedule
  • 3.5 clinic days per week
  • Dedicated OR time available
  • Post-call day flexibility
  • Shared 1:6+ call rotation (3 new associates joining in 2026/2027!)
  • Call taken from home unless clinical needs require hospital presence
  • Dedicated nursing team manages patient calls

  • Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs)
