Maternal Fetal Medicine APP (Ob/Gyn) Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Position Available

Specialist, Non-Tenure Track

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Joe R. and Teresa Long School of Medicine at UT Health-San Antonio is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Advance Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife or Physician Assistant) for an established practice team within our maternal fetal medicine division.Our Obstetrics and Gynecology medical team provides inpatient and outpatient services to San Antonio and the South Texas region. This position will work primarily in our UT Health settings, specifically for a role in our expanding Fountainhead (Medical Drive) location. The individual in this faculty position will join our practice group of MDs, Board Certified in OB/GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Urogynecology and Gynecologic Oncology, as well as advanced practice providers. We work with our hospital partner, University Health, to manage high-risk pregnancies, gynecologic and gynecologic oncology patients.

The successful candidate must meet the qualifications forTexas Advance Practice Nursing or PA licensureand availability to work full-time. Experience in the care of OB/GYN patients is desired.We have a multicultural patient population and the ability to speak Spanish is helpful.
