Could you be the full-time O&M Data Manager & Analyst in Kingston, Ontario we're looking for?

Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your data management and analytical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and supportive teammates.
You'll help power data-driven decision-making across our global Train Operations & System Maintenance (TOSM) organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, RAMS, finance, quality, IS&T, and regional PMOs), develop predictive and operational models, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of building clean, scalable datasets and data pipelines from diverse operational sources, but also creating dynamic dashboards and KPIs to empower decision-making.
We'll look to you for:
- Building clean, scalable datasets and data pipelines from diverse operational sources
- Developing predictive and operational models to monitor fleet performance and system health
- Creating dynamic dashboards and KPIs that empower data-driven decision-making
- Identifying and closing data quality gaps across regions, projects, and functions
- Supporting automation of data collection and reporting
- Promoting best practices in data usage, visualization, and reliability analysis

- A degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field
- Solid understanding of engineering reliability concepts
- Experience cleaning, enriching, and structuring data from diverse systems
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar tools
- A problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in railway, industrial operations, or SAP (a plus!)

Compensation: The expected compensation for this role is75,000 - $105,000, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
