  • Review and validate third-party design work (P&IDs, equipment specifications, system layouts) to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards (EPA, RCRA, Clean Water Act).
  • Conduct technical evaluations of third-party designs, verifying performance metrics such as water cleanliness meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Collaborate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal customers to align UPW/water system designs with facility requirements and project timelines.
  • Perform quality assurance and risk assessments on third-party designs, resolving issues related to regulatory compliance, constructability, and environmental impact.
  • Oversee commissioning and testing phases, coordinating with vendors for equipment validation and system startup using BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks) and control systems (PLC, SCADA).
  • Provide technical guidance to third-party designers on industry procedures; monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of design work.

  • Proficiency reviewing engineering work (P&IDs, 3D models, specifications) using AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks, with strong project management and communication skills.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience supervising third-party designs for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center facilities with exacting wet mechanical system requirements.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices, including water conservation, energy-efficient hydronic systems, and IECC compliance.
  • Familiarity with clash detection and design integration using BIM tools; experience with PLC/SCADA control systems for design coordination.
  • Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
