Nutritionist Deliver optimal nutrition services as an integral part of the healthcare system. This role drives continuous service improvement, enhances patient satisfaction, and fosters ongoing professional growth.
As a Nutritionist, a typical day might include the following:- Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on sound nutrition practices.
- Mentor dietetic students and interns within the hospital community.
- Advise multidisciplinary medical teams on complex patient nutritional needs.
- Meet or exceed established departmental productivity guidelines.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records for all patient consultations.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have:Required- Credential: Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible status.
- Onboarding: Successful completion of general site personnel orientation.
- Training: Successful completion of department-specific clinical orientation.
Preferred- Experience: One to two years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
- Licensure: State licensure or certification where applicable.
