Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved nursing educational program per NCSBN standards.
• Proven leadership and time management skills with a positive outlook.
• Five years of progressive nursing experience in an acute care facility.
• Preferred experience in critical care or emergency room settings.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Adequate visual and hearing senses for physiological assessment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership during off hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Oversee patient care and staffing across all departments on assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and departmental standards.
• Collaborate with administrative personnel from other hospitals.
• Engage with regulatory agencies to uphold hospital standards.
• Adapt work hours as needed by the Chief Nursing Officer.
