What You'll Do:- Oversee daily operations while keeping the facility aligned with long-term goals
- Build a culture where employees want to work and residents receive consistent, high-quality care
- Lead clinical, department, and support teams to ensure strong communication and execution
- Manage staffing: hiring, coaching, performance management, and difficult decisions when needed
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure care plans are followed and outcomes are achieved
- Support ongoing training focused on safety, compliance, and performance
- Develop and manage a sustainable operating budget
- Serve as the face of the facility with residents, families, referral sources, and the community

What We Require:- Minimum 1 year of successful SNF Administrator experience
- Strong attention to detail and financial management capability
- Active Utah NFA/NHA license in good standing
- Bachelor's degree (Healthcare Administration or Business preferred)
