Incumbents plan, develop, direct, and control facility operations within the bounds of established policies, procedures, programs, and budgets.

Requirements
Qualifications:- A current, valid state nursing home administrator license is required.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable state/federal regulations regarding nursing home operations is necessary.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Responsibilities:- Position Highlights Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required
- Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports
- Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations
- Create an environment where employees are highly engaged and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center
