Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven keyboarding skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Preferred: One year of clerical experience
• Preferred: One year of clinical experience administering medications
• Preferred: One year of supervisory experience
• Valid nursing license in Maryland required

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of patient medical care from registration to discharge
• Oversee clinical personnel in patient interactions and performance
• Schedule staff nurses and medical assistants efficiently
• Manage inventory of medications and supplies
• Act as Patient First representative in absence of medical leadership
• Serve as both administrator and staff nurse as necessary
• Review staff checklists and provide evaluations as needed
• Ensure positive customer service in all patient interactions
• Promote teamwork and maintain a professional atmosphere
