Nexus is seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our leadership team as Nurse Supervisors. In this role, you will oversee resident care operations, support nursing staff, and help maintain a high standard of clinical excellence within our facility. Nurse Supervisor (RN) Responsibilities:

As a Nurse Supervisor (RN), you will oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit and ensure residents receive exceptional care.
  • Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
  • Overseeing resident care and ensuring compliance with care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered
  • Maintaining accurate and timely resident documentation
  • Monitoring clinical performance and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Responding to changes in resident conditions and providing clinical guidance as needed
  • Promoting a positive and professional work environment


Requirements

Nurse Supervisor (LPN) Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment


Schedule Availability

We are currently hiring for the following shifts only:
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

$44.00 - $47.00 / per hour
