Description

We're hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the Missouri Valley, IA community since 2024.
  • Position: Program Director (This position will have 2 direct reports.)
  • Location: Missouri Valley, Iowa (Note: This is an established program that first opened up October 2024 - locally, we're partnered with the hospital )
  • Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program
  • Salary: Up to $90,000 / year
  • Population: Older adults, ages 65+
  • Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) (Note: NO CALL / NO WEEKENDS!)

You'll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
  • Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
  • Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
  • Growing and maintaining patient census
  • Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
