Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse leader to manage our Nurse Residency Program. This role oversees recruitment collaboration, curriculum development, program coordination, and retention strategies to support newly graduated nurses as they transition into practice. This is an excellent opportunity to lead, educate, and make a lasting impact on the next generation of nurses.
