Full Job Description
We are seeking an APP Team Lead to join our Urgent Care team at IU Health. This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the Avon, Brownsburg, and Downtown Indianapolis Urgent Care Clinics.

Position Details:
  • Full-time
  • 36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
    • 0.8 FTE Clinical
    • 0.1 FTE Admin
    • 0.1 Team Lead Protected Time
  • Rotating weekends
  • Clinic hours are 8am-8pm
    • 8am-6pm Saturday & Sunday
  • No call
  • 100% outpatient
  • Ages 3 months and up
  • Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
