Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise: Assist Director with oversight of a team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, providing clinical leadership and support.
Clinical Oversight: Ensure the highest quality of care through ongoing case reviews, mentorship, and clinical guidance.
Limited Patient Care: Provide direct psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions. May require floating and frequent travel.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and foster a positive work environment.
Training & Development: Mentor and train other Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, ensuring professional growth and adherence to best practices.
