Full Job Description
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at IU Health Jay Primary Care and IU Health Jay Family Practice!

This position will be split between two clinics located across the parking lot on the same campus.

Details:
  • Full-time, Day Shift
    • 4-10hr days; 36 patient facing hours per week
    • No weekends, no call
  • 100% Outpatient
  • Patient Population: All ages; rural community; acute and chronic care conditions
  • Expected patient volume in office: 50-60/wk
  • Join a team of 4 Physicians, 7 APPs and 34 Support Staff
  • Procedures include simple/small office procedures including but not limited to lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal, and wedge resections.
