Job Summary

Provides high-quality healthcare services across diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Conducts comprehensive clinical assessments, develops and manages individualized treatment plans, supports pain management strategies, and educates patients and families. Collaborates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote optimal outcomes, patient safety, and informed decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications
• Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program (PA).
• Current national certification (FNP-C, AGNP-C, PNP-C, PA-C, etc.).
• Valid state license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.

• Assist with patient positioning/transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Manual dexterity for clinical procedures, diagnostics, and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
