Opportunity: - Part-time or full-time opening. 30 - 40 hours a week. Work an 8, 9, or 10 hour day. Monday - Thursday.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Outpatient focused clinical practice
Day-to-Day:- Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
- Provide direct care to patients in a GI setting
- Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
- Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
- Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications:- Master's Degree of Science in Nursing
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

- Competitive compensation: The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (prorated based upon hours worked) (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office)
