Join Our Team:

Esse Health is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner for our Gastroenterology Consultants office located at 3555 Sunset Office Drive!

Opportunity:

  • Part-time or full-time opening. 30 - 40 hours a week. Work an 8, 9, or 10 hour day. Monday - Thursday.
  • No nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Outpatient focused clinical practice


Day-to-Day:

  • Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
  • Provide direct care to patients in a GI setting
  • Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
  • Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
  • Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives

  • Master's Degree of Science in Nursing
  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians


What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation: The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (prorated based upon hours worked) (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office)
