Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant

 

****$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS****

 

Location: Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center, 202 Cove Forge Rd, Williamsburg, PA 16693

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday – Friday AND every other weekend (scheduled days off when working weekends)

Compensation: $60hr DOE for CRNP; $45hr DOE for PA

Vacation:  Accrual rate is 3 weeks; moves to 4 weeks at 1yr anniversary

 

Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania is the leading Addiction Treatment Center for adults.  This 350-bed facility offers detox and residential rehabilitation services to the men and women who are dealing with substance use disorder (SUD) and certain co-occurring disorders.

 

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with experience in the Substance Use Disorders field to join our Medical team.

 

As a valued member of our multidisciplinary treatment team, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals receiving care within our Medical programs. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients on their journey toward recovery and improved mental wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Document clinical observations, evaluations, and treatments in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote health and disease prevention through patient education and wellness initiatives.
  • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and health screenings.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Address patient concerns effectively while fostering a safe and supportive treatment environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) program REQUIRED
  • Knowledge and experience in diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, therapeutic treatment interventions, and patient care practices.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner required.
  • Licensed to practice in the state in which the facility operates.
  • DEA license.
