Position Overview:

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to step into an established, high-demand role following a provider transition. This is a great opportunity to walk into a steady patient base, work alongside experienced pediatricians, and quickly become part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

This position offers a predictable weekday schedule, light shared call, and the ability to focus on outpatient pediatrics without hospital responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, team-oriented, and excited about building long-term relationships in a community-focused practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients, families, and the care team
• Collaborate closely with pediatricians, fellow providers, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR
• Participate in shared call and occasional weekend coverage (light, rotating schedule)

Qualifications:
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Georgia licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Mid-level to seasoned pediatric experience preferred
• Spanish language skills preferred
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centered pediatric care
