To be hired as a
Nurse Practitioner:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license in the state of Indiana
- Active unlimited license from the IPLA State Board of Nursing for Advanced Practical Nursing
To be hired as a
Physician Assistant:- Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Training program
- Unlimited Physician Assistant license from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board
