Overview
As a clinician with AgeRight Clinical Services, you will work on an Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant led team in collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapist, dieticians and social workers to provide compassionate and holistic care to a cohort of medically fragile older adults in the assisted living and post-acute care setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who desires a small patient panel, increased autonomy and a flexible schedule. Qualifications
