Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible for certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Valid New Jersey license to practice as a PA.
• Advanced knowledge of typical clinic pathologies and their management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
• Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose incoming patients alongside clinicians.
• Create and implement patient treatment plans; order necessary testing.
• Maintain communication on patient progress with clinicians.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle practices to encourage ongoing wellness.
• Discharge patients upon achievement of their health goals.
• Support clinicians during patient evaluations and diagnoses.
• Regularly assess and update treatment plans based on patient needs.
