Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy Affinity Health Industrial Medicine clinic.

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health services, including the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses, workers' compensation management, DOT physicals, pre-employment and return-to-work examinations, drug and alcohol testing, and other employer-based health services.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with physicians, employers, and clinic staff to ensure quality patient care and timely return-to-work outcomes.
