Family Medicine team in

Position Highlights:- Full-Time Position, 4 day per week schedule
- Patients of all ages - 14 or more patients per day.
- Collaborating Physicians: Dr. Alison Bilyeu and Dr. Scott Bilyeu

Qualifications:- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Current Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
