Qualifications

  • MSN required

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized care for cardiology OB patients

  • Educate patients and families on health management
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
  • Participate in a weekend and holiday coverage rotation
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and regulations regarding respirator use

Description:
Could you be our next Cardiology OB Nurse Practitioner with the Lankenau Heart Group at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr, PA?

Position: Nurse Practitioner, NP - Cardiology OB
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift with WFH weekend and Holiday coverage rotation.

Experience:
1. 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience required in Cardiology and/or Medicine.
2. Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in Cardiology for Medicine preferred.

Education:
1. Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.
2. MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
3. Require ACLS certification.
4. May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
5. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
