In this fast-paced role, you will apply a broad spectrum of clinical knowledge, working closely with the facility Director of Nursing and Attending Physicians to coordinate patient care for better outcomes. Ensuring continuity of care, you will function as the primary care provider and a leader to the nursing team as you follow patients through each step of their recovery. • Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC or AANP Certification • Ability to work in the U.S. • Experience in a nursing home space is a plus Typically, the APN is onsite, daily as a full-time practitioner, working a standard Monday - Friday work week with flexibility in the 40-hour work week. Most providers designate a 4-hour window to accept calls Monday - Friday and only need to take weekend call on a rotating basis once every 5-6 weeks. Providers will never go into a facility or take any overnight call.
