Qualifications

• MSN in Nursing required.
• Current M.D., D.O., P.A. or N.P. license in Kentucky and/or Indiana, with national certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in family practice or primary care.
• Preference for experience in nonprofit organizations or a strong commitment to service-driven environments.
• Commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Matthew 25.
• Flexibility for travel across a large geographic area in Kentucky.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including histories and evaluations.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Educate patients about prescribed treatments and outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Conduct screenings, immunizations, and health assessments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
