Your Opportunity

We're hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional sleep care as a vital member of Dreem Health's clinical team. Reporting to the Medical Director, you'll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where clinical excellence meets patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
  • Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
  • Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
  • Applying appropriate billing procedures
  • Participating in quality control and improvement activities
  • Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
  • Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions
What You Bring
  • A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.
  • Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program - a paid, 4-week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • A CA AND MA APRN License are required - one or more additional state licenses is a plus
  • Active CA Furnishing license AND MA prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances/devices
  • Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation

$130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
