Full Job Description
JHACH is looking for a neonatal nurse practitioner or Neonatal PA to join their Level IV NICU! The practitioner role is multi-faceted and includes clinical management of the high risk neonate and infant, educational responsibilities, administrative duties, consulting, and initiating/implementing research. The neonatal nurse practitioner or PA works in collaboration with medical, nursing and support services to provide family centered care. The neonatal nurse practitioner or PA maintains active participation in his/her own continued education and professional development.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Rotating - Flexible 10-hour day shifts and 16-hour night shifts

Qualifications:
  • Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, or Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Current FL State Licensure as an APRN or PA
  • Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP)
  • Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA
  • 1 year of NICU experience as an NNP or PA; or NICU RN experience if New Grad

Salary Range: Minimum 53.58/hour - Maximum 83.05/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
