We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing Center Health Care team in Albany, NY.


This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who enjoys practicing comprehensive family medicine, working with a diverse & medically complex patient population, and a commitment to providing high-quality and inclusive care. Our practice serves patients of all ages, from newborns and children through adulthood and older age. While we are recognized for our expertise in caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, our practice is open to the entire community and provides primary care services to patients of all backgrounds and abilities.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time salaried position

  • Regular schedule: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

  • 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of administrative time weekly

  • Expected patient volume of approximately 16-20 patients per day

  • Collaborative, mission-driven clinical environment

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing

  • NYS Licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Providers participate in a 1-in-3 rotating call schedule and a rotating afternoon assignment at our St. Margaret's Center. Providers are also expected to complete clinical documentation and billing requirements within 48 hours of the date of service.

Compensation Range:

$139,006.40 - $161,075.20
