About the Role:

The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider within a multidisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive family medicine services across diverse patient populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals experiencing trauma or chronic pain. This role focuses on conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, ensuring patient safety and promoting optimal health outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner will develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and provide education and support to patients and their families. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the appropriate Canadian provincial or territorial regulatory body.
• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced nursing education.
• Demonstrated experience in family medicine, including clinical assessments and management of diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in pain management techniques and trauma care.
• Strong knowledge of patient safety standards and nursing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to patient safety protocols.
