Job Description:- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Develops and implements policies, procedures, and process-improvement initiatives in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

- Leads performance- and quality-improvement initiatives.
- Implements evidence-based practice changes and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.

- Enhances patient care and outcomes through effective use of new systems and technologies.
- Provides strong leadership and mentorship while supporting high-quality clinical care and staff development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Education:- Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
- Master's of Nursing [Preferred]

- 2+ years related experience [Preferred]
Additional Information:Licenses and Certifications:- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
