DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Nurse Manager at SENTA Partners is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our ENT and Allergy practices. This role involves managing nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization. The Nurse Manager will be a key leader in fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care delivery.
- Develop, implement, and enforce clinical policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, practice administrators, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead initiatives focused on patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational excellence.
- Manage the budget for clinical operations, including supplies, staffing, and equipment needs, while maintaining cost-efficiency.
- Provide hands-on support in patient care as needed, assisting with procedures, patient assessments, and treatment plans.
- Conduct regular team meetings and trainings to promote staff development and stay up-to-date on best practices and new healthcare regulations.
- Address patient and staff concerns, resolving issues promptly while maintaining a high level of service and care.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, administrative teams, and senior leadership, facilitating clear communication and efficient operations.

RequirementsQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of practice required.
- 5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in leading ASC/OR Operations
- Strong knowledge of clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in an outpatient or specialty practice setting.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients, staff, and physicians.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands within the healthcare environment.
