Full TimeRole Overview- Lead nursing team across all peri-operative areas: pre-op, OR, PACU
- Drive clinical quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing leadership
Key Responsibilities- Oversee staffing, resources, and equipment for safe peri-op care
- Lead quality & performance improvement initiatives
- Foster positive work environment & staff development
- Manage budgets & support cost-effective care
- Partner with physician & nursing leadership on unit planning
Qualifications- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- 5+ years of peri-operative or related nursing experience
- Leadership experience preferred
