Job DescriptionNurse Manager - Float Pool position located at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full Time, 8-hour Day shifts.Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.
Required qualifications:- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 2 years Recent clinical experience.
- Computer experience.
Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Upon hire: Specialty certificate based on unit.
- 2 years Management experience.
- 5 years Clinical experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
