Qualifications- Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Manage and lead nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards.
- Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
- Conduct staff evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.

- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
