Nurse Manager - Main OR, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane, WA

$20,000 Sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is an addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment, with possible relocation package assistance.

Under the general direction of the Director, the nurse manager assumes 24-7 accountability for the operational and patient care management of assigned care areas. This is a Level 2 Trauma Center with 28 Operating Rooms as well as an outpatient surgery center.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 3 years - Experience in Operating Room or procedural settings.
  • 2 years - Leadership experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
