Nurse Manager - Full Time - Englewood, Colorado

Inverness Rehabilitation Hospital (Englewood, CO) is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility located in Englewood, Colorado, serving patients throughout the south Denver metropolitan area. The hospital provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other complex medical needs requiring intensive therapy. With an interdisciplinary care model and a strong focus on individualized recovery goals, the clinical team works closely with patients and families to promote functional independence and successful transitions home. Located near the Denver Tech Center and the broader South Denver healthcare market, the Inverness facility offers convenient access to specialized rehabilitation care in a growing Colorado community.

Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Two years relevant experience required.
  • Three years' experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred.


Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
  • Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the staffing and administration of assigned unit. Supervises the caliber of treatment and care of the patients. Integrates the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
