Description & Requirements

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Nurse Manager at Magic Valley Urgent Care!

What You Can Expect:

The Nurse Manager will be involved in all operations for the Urgent Care. This includes clinical training for staff, urgent care employee scheduling, and employee management. Direct reports include LPNs, PAS, and RNs. The Nurse Manager also occasionally function as a clinical RN working with patients and providers if coverage is needed.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours vary.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 5 year's clinical experience in assigned area
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Urgent Care/ED experience is ideal.
  • Prior leadership experience
