$37.34 - $41.89/per hour  (Employees in this job classification begin at Step 5 of the pay scale)
** This is inclusive of a $10.00/hr salary adjustment and a .60¢/hr institutional stipend
The starting salary is based on education and experience.  Starting salary for promotional candidates will follow contractual requirements. 
•    Additional shift differential $3.00/hour while working 2nd shift hours
•    Additional shift differential $4.50/hour while working 3rd shift hours

In addition, the selected candidate may qualify for a $200/month nursing student loan reimbursement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center (DDPC) is seeking a Nurse I, this first level of professional nursing work involves the care and treatment of individuals with mental illness. Work is performed under general supervision.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current State of Maine RN license.
